Environmental Friendly Sewage Sludge Gasification Equipment
Sludge pyrolysis and Gasification Technology first pretreats sludge, mechanical dewatering or non-mechanical dewatering sludge through low-temperature drying, removes sludge surface water and internal water content, and reduces sludge water content; after drying, sludge completes granulation before pyrolysis and gasification, sludge is made into rod or flake shape of uniform particles, which is convenient for improving gasification rate, and after drying waste gas is captured water, it is ventilated into gas. In chemical system, the sludge after granulation is pyrolyzed and gasified, the organic matter in the sludge is gasified into flammable gas, and the inorganic matter is fixed in the form of slag and discharged from the bottom; the flammable gas can be used as power generation, industrial steam and other energy sources, and the flammable gas after combustion can be purified by dust removal and desulfurization, and then discharge up to the standard.
